What is the only manmade structure on Earth that can be viewed from the moon?

It is a myth that the Great Wall of China is the only manmade object visible in outer space. While the wall can be viewed when the Earth is low-orbit with the aid of a telescopic lens or radar technology, it is more difficult to see than the ancient pyramids at Giza, Egypt. According NASA’s website, while many manmade objects can be viewed from space, most notably cities at night, d) no specific structures created by humans can be viewed from the moon with the naked eye.
